I began painting just over a year ago, without any intention of making a career from it.
It didn’t feel like a decision. More something I was drawn into.
The work took hold quickly and has since become a daily practice.
My paintings are built through a balance of control and instinct. Some develop slowly in layers. Others arrive more directly.
Circles appear often. Not as symbols but as forms to push against, shift and occasionally break. They bring focus but also tension.
I’m interested in how a painting changes a space and how it holds your attention over time.
All works are original. Commissions are available.
Works are held in private collections in the UK and internationally.
